Life is so much richer when you have good pals!


Caroline is growing into a little girl more and more each day... I can't believe how much she has grown in the past year and a half! Every day with her brings me much joy and happiness, and I can't imagine my life w/out her... Okay, now that I've been super sappy, let me share some neat things she's been doing recently...

* She is now signing "swing" (1st time ~ 15th), "table" (1st time ~ 23rd) and "bowl" (1st time ~ today!). :)

* She has developed her own vocabulary... for instance, she says "doe" when she wants to watch one of her Baby Einstein videos. She says "side" when she wants to play outside. She can now say "tea" and she signs "dog" while saying "da." She calls her little sister "sis" and regularly signs "cat." She is still referring to her shoes as "doos" and this month she began referring to "water" as "wa." ;)

* Everytime she sees an elephant on one of her videos, she makes the noise and does the sign I taught her. What a smart girl!

* She has started saying "da" and grabbing the front of her diaper when she needs a diaper change, which makes me think it's probably time to begin the potty training process! ;) Suggestions or tips, anyone?
